Expanding the successful partnership between Education Above All Foundation and Birzeit University, Phase 2 of this project will provide access to high-quality programmes of study to 1,966 deserving, eligible Palestinian youth to complete their education at the prestigious Birzeit University. The students benefiting from this scholarship are diverse, from different academic disciplines and levels of study. The scholarship is open to students registered with the Ministry of Social Affairs, academically outstanding students, and people with special needs.
