Ta3mal.com Employability Initiative

Project Status

As part of the regional Ta3mal.com employability initiative, launched in 2012 by Education Above All, the Silatech Programme, and Microsoft, the Djazair Ta3mal platform was established in 2015 to support youth employment and entrepreneurship in Algeria. The platform provides a range of online and local employability and entrepreneurship services, including Silatech’s Tamheed assessments and career guidance tools, such as psychometric assessments for job seekers.

Implemented in partnership with World Learning, the Algerian portal offers online access to career guidance, soft skills development, e-learning modules, job and internship opportunities, and entrepreneurship training. By consolidating these services, the portal bridges the gap between youth, employers, and support institutions, enhancing labor market integration and providing practical pathways to employment and entrepreneurship.

Unlike a traditional project with direct implementation activities, Djazair Ta3mal primarily functions as a digital enabling platform.
