Partnership and Financing: Innovative Investment Models for SDG4.1 and OOSC

Education Above All,  The Asian Development Bank and the Qatar Fund for Development will host this UNGA side session to highlight and focus on the range of approaches that EAA/EAC and its partners have employed to promote financing partnerships that support the achievement of SDG 4.1 and OOSC. EAC partners, drawn from the multilateral development banks, foundations and private enterprises will engage in conversation regarding their experiences in developing and utilizing innovative partnership financing models that promote aligned, harmonised and results-oriented education investments. The session will also see EAA/EAC and its partners discuss further opportunities of moving forward towards achieving SDG 4.1 by 2030 and key strategies that should be employed.
