Reach Into Qatar House Renovation- Wakrah house 2017
Project Status
The Wakra house was identified in early January 2017, after which Volunteer Program staff conducted multiple site visits with GCC in order to collaboratively identify needs related to infrastructure, furniture, appliances, painting, carpeting and curtains in order to develop an appropriate budget and work plan.
The Volunteer Program then worked closely with the Finance and Procurement Departments in order to finalise the budget, identify potential vendors, provide technical evaluations of tenders, raise MRs and ensure processes are followed in a timely manner.
