Silatech, in collaboration with Education for Employment (EFE) - Maroc is spearheading a project in Morocco called A Chance to RESET: Reskilling and Empowerment towards Sustainable Employment to Thrive (RESET). The project aims to tackle the nation's elevated youth unemployment challenges, particularly in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Its goal is to place 8,175 young individuals through meaningful employment opportunities. RESET strategically bridges the skills gap by equipping youth with the competencies and knowledge necessary to excel across various economic sectors. This holistic approach ensures that young people are not only job-ready but also poised for long-term success in their careers. By the end of 2023, the project has successfully placed 3,924 youth in employment.
