Opening up a world of education

Children love to learn. If they are denied access to knowledge, we also deny them the opportunity to change their lives for the better.

EiE Hub Members Call on COP30 to Put Children’s Education at the Centre of Climate Action

Calendar icon
Without urgent action, tens of millions more children and youth stand to lose access to education as the climate crisis intensifies, threatening learning, safety and long-term development.

Education Above All Foundations, as a member of the Education in Emergencies (EiE) Hub, joins fellow organisations in urging COP30 leaders in Brazil to place children’s education at the heart of global climate commitments.

The call emphasises that protecting education systems, investing in climate-resilient learning environments, and ensuring continuity of learning must be central pillars of climate action to safeguard the future of the world’s most vulnerable learners.
