Ride for Education

Marriott Business Councils Qatar proudly presents the annual “Ride for Education”, a cycling event in partnership with the Road to Awareness initiative and hosted by the Sheraton Grand Doha.
A committee comprising Marriott properties across Doha leads a diverse range of corporate social responsibility activities throughout the country, in collaboration with Road to Awareness, a Marriott International initiative dedicated to improving the lives of underprivileged children and helping create brighter futures.
This cycling event will support the Education Above All (EAA) Foundation, with all funds raised benefiting EAA Foundation’s work on Education Access, specifically primary education. The initiative targets out-of-school children, aiming to newly enrol 960,000 children (480,000 girls and 480,000 boys), with a priority on those who have never attended primary school.
