QAPCO makes commitment to support EAA’s educational programmes.

Education Above All Foundation (EAA) and Qatar Petrochemical Company (QAPCO) have today signed a partnership agreement at an event taking place at QAPCO’s headquarters in Doha, Qatar. QAPCO joins the international partners and donors who support EAA’s educational programmes worldwide, which include Educate A Child, Al Fakhoora and the Protecting Education in Insecurity and Conflict (PEIC) programme.

Commenting on the partnership with QAPCO, Fahad Al Sulaiti, Director of Finance and Administration at EAA, said: “We are delighted to welcome QAPCO as resource partner, and we are grateful for the commitment which has been made. The support of Qatari organisations such as QAPCO are crucial to the success of EAA’s mission to bring new life chances and real hope and opportunities to poor and marginalised children and youth around the world. In line with the Qatar National Vision 2030, EAA aims to contribute to human, social and economic development through quality education and other welfare programmes and initiatives.”

Dr. Mohammed Youssef Al Mulla, added: “We are proud to be resource partners for the Qatari-based organisation Education Above All Foundation, and it is a pleasure to support its efforts to contribute to a future for children and youth by giving them access to an education. This is in line with QAPCO’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives in Qatar and worldwide. As a responsible corporate citizen, we believe that contributing to society is part of our license to operate.”
