Mohammed Al Kubaisi, Executive Director, Operations and ProcurementMohammed Saad Al Kubaisi is an accomplished leader with more than 15 years of experience in effectively managing operations and procurement for significant projects within the oil and gas and education sectors. Mohammed has consistently delivered successful outcomes in handling large-scale projects, garnering numerous awards and accolades over the course of his career.

Mohammed began his professional journey at Dolphin Energy Limited Company advancing to become the Head of Administration and Facilities Management, where he honed his leadership and project management skills. In 2014, he transitioned to the Education Above All Foundation (EAA). His exemplary performance and leadership skills led to his current role as the Executive Director of Operations and Procurement at EAA.

During his tenure at EAA, Mohammed has played a crucial role in establishing and enhancing the procurement and operations functions, significantly improving their efficiency and effectiveness. He has comprehensive oversight of these functions across multiple initiatives, encompassing Contract, Procurement, HSSE, FM, IT, and ERP. Mohammed's strategic foresight and unwavering dedication have been key drivers in the growth and success of these departments.

Mohammed obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Media and Communication from Qatar University, further enhancing his knowledge with a Master of Strategic Business Unit Management from HEC Paris. In 2019, he successfully completed the Executive Master’s in Leadership, Public Policy, and Innovation from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. Additionally, Mohammed is a distinguished graduate of the Leadership Program from Qatar Leadership Center, emphasizing his steadfast dedication to continuous professional development and leadership excellence.
