Digital School Project: Phase 1
Project Status
Pratham and EAA Foundation came together in November 2019 to design a model for implementation that is learner-driven, context-specific, and combines the highlights of Pratham’s Second Chance program, Hybrid Learning Initiatives, with the design principles of the Digital School Program (DSP). The Second Chance Program uses innovative teaching methods to provide accessible and affordable learning opportunities near to where students live. The objective of both SCP and DSP remains to provide the academic and personal support needed to enable out of school learners to appear for their Secondary School Examination (Grade 10) and expand reach to numerous out-of-school learners, while simultaneously supporting the “at-risk” learners to reach their potential.
