** UPDATE: Submissions are closed - note this was for the 2019 Cohort - click for more information on Getting Involved for 2020**

In achieving its mission, EAA believes young people are not only the beneficiaries of its work but also key agents in finding solutions and bringing positive change to the world. To mobilise and empower young people, EAA is officially expanding its Youth Advocacy Programme (YAP).  Applications are open to young people (age 15-30 years old) from 31 Jan 2019 until 28 February 2019.

Selected youth advocates will have training opportunities for advocacy skills as well as opportunities to participate in forums and youth networks, and on social media platforms on the national, regional and global level to advocate for the right to education representing the voice of children and youth.

While the applications are open, EAA YAP information booth will be set up at QU, QF universities, and Student Centre (Education City) in Doha, Qatar, from 12pm-2pm during the third week of February to provide detailed information on the EAA YAP including training programs and advocacy activities, as well as to answer any questions that applicants may have.
