Silatech, a programme of Education Above All Foundation, has committed to supporting 5 million beneficiaries worldwide through a robust network of partners:

Governmental Institutions: Silatech collaborates with national governments to ensure programming aligns with their national labor and development strategies and priorities. 

International Organizations and UN Agencies: The programme seeks partnerships with international and regional NGOs and UN agencies that share similar mandates and visions, to develop holistic employability and employment programming. 

Civil Society Organizations: through its collaborations with international partners and regional networks, Silatech supports civil society organizations in youth livelihood programming.  

Financial Institutions: The programme works with financial institutions to structure loan products and credit guarantee schemes designed for youthas well as provide technical assistance to benefit both youth and financial institutions. 

Private Sector: The programme works with a wide array of local, regional and international private sector companies to connect them to career building jobs and opportunities.
