HH Sheikha Moza bint Nasser meets Syrian refugee students in Istanbul

HH Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, in Istanbul, met with Syrian refugee students who are benefiting from college scholarships provided by Al Fakhoora in partnership with SPARK. Al Fakhoora, an Education Above All Program, is partnering with Dutch NGO SPARK to provide 800 Syrian refugees and Palestinians with four year scholarships to enrol in universities.
