DIGITAL PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER

EAA is actively seeking candidates for the position of Digital Partnerships Manager who will be responsible for managing the development, execution and success of digital fundraising for EAA and developing Private Sector Partnerships strong digital database of donors and supporters in order to maximize digital fundraising income and achieve fundraising targets of EAA.

  • Development and implementation of interactive Digital Channels such as the EAA Donation Web platform, EAA Donation APP and Donation Social Media Channels
  • Develop electronic crowd funding strategy and objectives under the guidance of the Director.
  • Drive, plan and successfully implement Marketing campaigns and Digital initiatives for Electronic Fundraising Channels for EAA
  • Monitor, Evaluate and Assess impact of digital marketing campaigns for best practices
  • Increase engagement for EAA donors though electronic channels
  • Support in formulating department Digital annual business plans ensuring that its business plans are within agreed budgets and timescales.
  • Ensure that all processes within the department are operating effectively and efficiently toward achieving high performance standards especially at the digital channels
  • Support the director to set and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the digital performance monitoring for the department.
  • Manage the development and implementation of risk assessments, internal controls and processes in the department’s digital aspects.
  • Establish, Develop and Manage new interactive and engaging online EAA donation platform, EAA App and EAA Donate social media channels by working with platform and app developers.
  • Develop global strategies for digital fundraising.
  • Manage Social media advertising for fundraising with target population segments and research best practices for search, display, paid social and other digital marketing channels..  
  • Manage the cost effective and timely execution of digital fundraising campaigns and optimisation projects from beginning to end.
  • Manage relationships with digital channels developers, digital marketing agencies and EAA internal team (including email platform provider, online search and display agencies, digital creative agencies) to ensure they are aligned with EAA’s objectives and deliver to the agreed KPIs.
  • Work closely with the PSP team to ensure online and offline fundraising campaigns are integrated and digital channels are used effectively for retention and development of supporters.
  • Take lead responsibility for the operational running of the digital fundraising programme, including managing and developing the Digital Fundraising Executives, being a positive role model, motivating and facilitating personal and professional growth and progression where possible.
  • Develop, manage and optimise EAA electronic platforms for digital fundraising income from the public including from individuals, challenge event fundraisers and community groups.
  • Managing and optimising ads across Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn and other ad buying platforms for search (SEM), social and display ads - in coordination with agencies.
  • Work with the PSP team to optimise acquisition strategies with retention insights so that we can attract donors most likely to stay or upgrade.
  • Brief and coordinate work to digital marketing agencies, and work with them to optimise performance in paid media channels. Planning and Implementation Key Metric How Success is measured provided effective digital marketing planning and implementation that aligned with EAA’s specific needs.
  • Ensure delivery of engaging and effective communications via paid, owned and earned digital channels, to acquire new single donors and new regular givers.
  • Provide support for landing page development (e.g. campaigns and donation pages) and conversion rate optimisation plans.
  • Multi-channel marketing campaign planning for supporter engagement, phone and email lead generation and donations online.
  • Create, commission and curate impactful digital fundraising assets including photos, videos, infographics, social media posts, ads and fundraising newsletters.
  • Develop plans for promoting key digital fundraising campaigns & products, across paid and owned digital channels.
  • Ensure data is entered accurately and promptly into EAA’s system and maximise use of donors data for income analysis and automated stewardship journeys where possible.
  • Track and analyse digital metrics to measure success, evaluate and report on digital fundraising activity and ensure key learnings are used to increase future income.
  • Work across teams, ensure effective strategies are in place for converting new audiences and current EAA’s supporters to donors, with a focus on acquiring new regular givers online.
  • Develop testing strategies to significantly increase online donations, working with agencies and in-house specialists.
  • Develop digital supporter journey strategies to deepen the engagement with EAA campaigns, leading to a donation and regular giving commitment.
  • Proactively analyse, research and recommend ways to optimise our current activity, or to trial new digital fundraising tactics.
  • Work with other Outreach teams/functions to develop and implement a dynamic digital program to attract new funding channels and maintain existing online donors, as well as increase the current donors loyalty (develop new digital packages), with clearly-defined objectives, work plans and timelines.
  • Identify potential new and innovative digital activities to recruit new supporters and maximise long-term net income, developing business cases and implementing tests as required.
  • Provide fundraising insight to help design and deliver the test and optimise programme on owned online assets (eg donation funnels and landing pages).
  • Carry-out any additional tasks, projects or responsibilities as may be assigned by supervisor, reporting manager or EAA executive management from time to time.

In order to be successful for this role, you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field & 8-10 years of relevant full-time work experience, 3 of which at a supervisory level
  • International exposure in various digital platform management and channels.
  • Solid experience in developing, managing and monitoring strategic digital partnerships across various businesses.

Other requirements:

  • Knowledge and expertise in Digital and Electronic Crowd Fundraising with Digital and Web Analystics skills.
  • Experience of using digital fundraising channels & tools including social media as well as website content management systems.
  • Knowledge and experience using email systems, journey builders and integration with CRMs using tools such as Salesforce, Autopilot, Hubspot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Performance monitoring and analytics skills to optimise performance, including UTM code construction and tracking using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Social media copywriting, management and reporting using tools such as Creator Studio, Hootsuite, Buffer.
  • Strong persuasive copywriting and editing skills for email, social, pages, ads.
  • Ability to use Google Suite, Trello and Slack for team communication.
  • Good understanding of digital technologies such as Paid Ads tool softwares, social media platforms, CRM, Microsoft 365, Google Ads. Mailchimp and others.
  • Passion for, and experience of, producing a variety of online content and/or digital communications (such as video/audio, infographics, and social media posts).
  • Website and landing page builds, optimisation, SEO and user experience design.
